You can help make our websites and apps better - testers needed!

Your feedback is important to us

We're looking for participants who would be willing to test the new and improved sites and apps we are creating for young learners.

To help young people around the world have the best experience with our products, we need to understand their needs and the challenges they face. We would love to hear your opinions about our sites and apps, so we can improve them.

What does being a tester involve?

  • Get a sneak peak of our designs
  • Test out our websites and apps
  • Share your honest ideas and suggestions for what features should be included in the future

Who can take part?

  • You must be 18 or over to be part of the user research panel.

  • If you are a young person, please ask your parent, guardian or educator to fill in the form with their details, so we can invite you to participate in future user testing. Your parent, guardian or educator must attend any research with you.

  • If you don’t currently use our websites and apps, you can still sign up to participate in our research panel. If one of our studies is a good fit for you, we will get in touch with more information.

How does it work?

Once we have a new research activity or designs to test, we will email you to explain what we will be testing and what we need from you. You may be asked to fill out a quick survey or to take part in an interview with a researcher who will ask questions and take notes.

Join our research panel as a participant

Please provide as much information as you can about yourself. Your answers will help us send the right invitation for you to participate in research activities that will help us improve our digital experience and products.
