Before we can begin processing your Garda vetting application, you must first link with your club as a volunteer on the Code Club platform. This ensures that we have the correct club details and can verify your volunteer role. You can search for the club here and click on "Volunteer at this club".

Photo ID (e.g. Passport or drivers licence)

Evidence of current address dated within the last 3 months (e.g. Bank statement or Utility bill. NOTE: Mobile Phone bills are not accepted)

Proof of ID for under 18's. One of the following is acceptable: Birth Certificate or Passport or a Written statement by a principal officer confirming attendance at educational institution on a letter head of that institution

If you are aged 16-18 years, you will need to submitted signed “Parent /” consent form
